Pibell Dur Di-staen SS316L / Pibell Wedi'i Weldio ASTM A312 TP316L, pibell ddur di-staen 316L
Mae Pibell Dur Di-staen 316L yn cynnwys dur di-staen austenitig sydd â chromiwm, nicel a molybdenwm yn ei gyfansoddiad gyda chynnwys carbon isel na gradd 316. Mae cynnwys carbon isel y pibellau yn ei gwneud hi'n haws ar gyfer cymwysiadau weldio. Defnyddir y Pibell Dur Di-staen 316L mewn cymwysiadau dyfrllyd lle mae cyrydiad ïon clorid yn uchel. Mae gan y deunydd gyfraddau cyrydiad isel mewn amgylchedd cyfoethog ïon clorid oherwydd y cynnwys molybdenwm ynddo. Mae yna bibellau wedi'u weldio, di-dor a ffug.
Defnyddir y Pibell Ddi-dor Dur Di-staen 316L mewn cymwysiadau mwy cywir o ran dimensiwn. Mae gan y pibellau wlybaniaeth carbid is tra'n weldio ac yn lleihau'r cyrydiad rhyng-gronynnog a'r cyrydiad lleol. Mae'r pibellau di-dor yn amrywio o ½ modfedd i 16 modfedd. Mae'r Pibell Weldiedig Dur Di-staen 316L yn amrywio o ½ modfedd i 24 modfedd ac mae'r pibellau weldio ymasiad trydan yn amrywio o 6 modfedd i 100 modfedd. Mae'r cynhyrchion tiwbaidd yn addas ar gyfer gwasanaethau pwysedd uchel a thymheredd uchel yn y radd hon o ddeunydd.
Mae gan bibell ASTM A312 TP316L isafswm cryfder cynnyrch 205MPa a chryfder tynnol lleiaf 515MPa. Gall y pibellau hefyd weithredu o dan dymheredd uchel hyd at 870 gradd Celsius. Mae'r Pibell ERW SS 316L yn cael ei weldio a grëwyd trwy weldio darn o'r daflen o un pen i'r llall neu trwy weldio stribed yn droellog. Mae gan y pibellau weldio fwy o garwedd absoliwt na'r rhai di-dor ac maent yn llai cywir o ran dimensiynau. Defnyddir Pibell Hollow SS UNS S31603 mewn amrywiol gymwysiadau gwasanaeth cyrydol diwydiannol, masnachol a chyffredinol.
